A board card could always have a cover image — after you opened the note, pasted the screenshot into it, and came back. Now it takes one paste.
Boards
Paste into quick-add. Press
⌘Vwith images or files in a column's quick-add box. The uploads start at once, and the first image shows above the title as the card's cover, dimmed until it has uploaded.Created on Enter, not on paste. Type a title before or after pasting, or none at all for an image-only card.
↵waits for any upload still running, then creates the card with the files in its body.Esc discards everything. The text and the pasted files go, and no card is created.
Same files as the editor. Images go inline, other files become file chips, and everything appears on the Files page under your plan's limits.
Fixes
The new note dialog no longer drops a file saved mid-upload. Pressing Save or
⌘↵while an image was still uploading used to create the note without it — and with only an image in the body, Save would not click at all. The button now reads Uploading files..., and the note is saved the moment the upload finishes.
Worth knowing
Plain-text pastes into the quick-add box work as before.
